Live Large Fit Studios are more than just training spaces. We build bodies AND careers. Our mission is to enable entrepreneurial individuals that desire to make personal training a full-time career.
We provide independent trainers with exclusive access to fully equipped personal training facilities, marketing services, a suite of tools for online client scheduling, calendar management, billing and collection, and a business operations consulting package.
Live Large trainers are independent business owners that simply utilize the infrastructure, assets, tools and market strength of the Live Large brand. We take the minutia out of running a business and allow trainers to focus on developing their brand and client base.

TOOLS AND SERVICES
In addition to state-of-the-art facilities, trainers will also have access to a suite of software tools and services designed to enable their business.
These tools and services will include:

Each trainer will have the ability to manage their training schedule, training slots available to be booked, and rates in the online calendar management system. Using the calendar management system will enable a trainer’s clients, or new clients, to use the online scheduling system to book sessions.

Clients will be able to book a training session with an individual trainer using either a website or a mobile application. Clients can pay for their session at the time of booking via credit card or pay later with another form of payment. Trainers will manage their available time slots and rates and receive immediate notification of a booking request.

The calendar management system will integrate with a financial management system to enable trainers to manage different rates for different clients and time slots, view updated payment status for a session.

The collection system will include credit card processing and an integration to popular cash transfer applications. Through this system, clients will have the ability to pay via credit card at the time of booking.
OPTIONAL SERVICES

Live Large will promote the brand, the studios and personal trainers through its website, online listings, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, public and media relations, events and other channels. These marketing efforts will be designed to drive new clients to personal trainers.

If desired, we also offer trainers assistance in business entity incorporation and tax planning plus systems for keeping track of their financials and reporting for tax purposes. This would be beneficial for trainers that are transitioning to full-time and making a career out of this.
